In another monster match of a different kind
in 2008, Main Event Television will televise the
WWE's 'WrestleMania 24' event featuring a
special attraction match between the world's best boxer pound for
pound Floyd 'Money' Mayweather Jr and man
mountain wrestler Big Show LIVE this coming Monday 31
March 2008 from 10:00am AEDT.
The biggest wrestling extravaganza of the year will
be held at the 70,000 seat Florida
Citrus Bowl in Orlando, USA.
31 year-old Floyd 'Money' Mayweather Jr from
Grand Rapids, USA has a professional boxing record of 39 wins,
0 losses and 25 knockout victories.
He has won six world titles in five different weight classes and is
considered universally as the best boxer today.
In 2007, Mayweather Jr recorded spectacular wins
over the 'Golden Boy' Oscar De La
Hoya and Ricky 'Hitman' Hatton on
Main Event Television.
One of the biggest professional wrestlers today,
the 7 foot tall Big Show is a former WWE
champion and weighs around 450lbs.
The main event and support card commencing at 10:00am
AEDT are available on pay-per-view from MAIN EVENT TELEVISION via
FOXTEL, OPTUS and AUSTAR. There will also be special same day replays
at 4:30pm AEDT and 9:30pm AEDT.
