Press release
by Peter Maniatis
Peter Maniatis : I was very close to signing a Philippine boxer
last time l was in the Philippines last January 06, but could not see how
good the Filipino boxer was, as we could not organize sparring to test him
out under fight pressure,
This time l have bought "the prince" Kerey Palmer to the Philippines to spar
some of the Philippine boxers, so l can guide how good they are" Palmer can
spar the smaller guys, as he listens and wont try to load up or push them
around" and this will help me decide what boxers to sign up after watching
them spar Palmer" said award winning promoter Peter Maniatis
l am looking at boxers heavier than super bantamweight and will visit Cubu
and Manila gyms
Maniatis who hosts a TV boxing show recently celebrated his 200Th TV channel

boxers and boxing fans, and also looking forward to catching up with my good
friend and world class referee Bruce McTavish, he will let me know who are
the local up coming Filipino hotshot boxers to look out for.
